    I will like a refund from elite credit professionals for the lack of professionalism, Integrity, and communication.!I was told by ****** ******* the business owner i can be helped with my current conditions. Mr. ******* was given a timeline of when my credit needed to reflect positive so that I can move in a new home by July 1, 2023. I was given several options that he offer for credit repair I chose the package that was $ 1500.00 the most expensive he presented to me. In efforts to get things moving along because of time I paid $1500.00 up front. Mr . ******* gave me his word that my credit will reflect a score of at least a 640-680 before the deadline of July 1 . His actual words were anywhere between 30-45 days. I made my payment on March 18, 2023 which gave me the adequate amount of time to see results. Today is June 3, 2023 and Mr. ******* chooses to argue and justify his non communication and also poor customer service. I don’t believe he his a good business representative for any business. His choice of words or insulting and unethical.

    This issue has been resolved, and the consumer has apologized and is currently doing business with the us.  There was just a misunderstanding at the time.
