      These guys did some work, then walked off the job after being paid over $12000. They have left both my kitchen and my bath turn apart and unfinished. I called my insurance agent and he called them. They called me and said they would be out, but that was 2 weeks ago.

      Good morning,

       

      We are currently working with customer regarding his concerns.  We have reached out and spoken with the customers last night and also the owner spoke with him last week regarding delays.  The delays are 2 fold, the first delay was customer determining whether or not ABC Environmental would be used to complete the project. Once this was determined material was selected and ordered. Cabinetry has still not arrived; however was explained to customer once it arrives we will have personnel on site to install. Furthermore, it was determined that asbestos is detected within the work area and effects the scope of work. It has yet been determined if insurance will cover cost of abatement.  Asbestos will need to be abated in order to complete certain line items which will be explained to customer once we have determined insurance coverage. We have checked on cabinets and notified they are expected within the next 2 weeks.

      Please note we are also eager to complete this project for the customer.

      I am rejecting this response because: This company has not been working with me, they made contact with me yesterday for the first time in months. They are now saying the cabinets are in, but they will contact me when their schedule clears up. I have been waiting far to long, and want them to immediately put us on their schedule to get this work completed.
