I reached out to House of Denmark about an ongoing issue with the broken frame in my Natuzzi leather couch i bought from them. They've been working with me but have pushed me off to ********* the company that warranties the frame of the couch for 10 years. House of Denmark took it once and fixed it, then a tech from ********* came out and put three more screws in the couch frame. ****, the tech, said that Natuzzi is buying their framing from China and it's all the particle board which is cheap, obviously. My couch still makes noises today from the framing and **** the tech said it is what it is and will do that. No it won't and shouldn't. I want my $4,200 back from House of Denmark. If they are a reputable business they can work with Natuzzi then or ********* to get their money back. I have a whole bunch of emails between myself and House of Denmark that i can send other than the one attached below. Basically they are pushing it off on ********* and Natuzzi to handle. I'm tired of waiting. Initial repair from House of Denmark was made in 2019. Issues still continue today. I want all of my money back the $4,200.

As has always been House of Denmark's policy, we carry a 2 year warranty against any defects.

Unfortunately we have had to turn this over to the manufacture, as the sofa was a special order and purchased in 2017 .

We have put *** ******* in contact with the people that have been hired by Natuzzi to service the frame and it is our understanding that the

      frame has been fixed.

If there are further problems we suggest that *** ******* contact the repair service again.

      Thank you

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

I've been in contact with House of Denmark for the last several months to get a tech back out here from *********.  The tech apparently said it's fixed because he put 3 screws into some section of it yet the couch still makes a squeaking noise as i showed him after he finished.  His response was all couches make noise.  sorry that's bullshit!  A couch i paid $4,200 for SHOULD NOT make a noise.  it didn't when it was brand new.  It started to a year after having when HOD took the couch back to fix it.  They only warranted the couch for one year, not two that they told you.  This business is a sham in my opinion.  I've attached all emails and correspondence with House of Denmark.  There are so many emails i copied and pasted them in the attachment so let me know if you can click on them to open.

      Sincerely,

      **** *******
