The company owns and manages skilled games. So when you win the game prints out tickets for you to take to counter and cash in (I will attach a copy of a ticket). Lots of the tickets they print out will scan and say duplicate tickets then you have to call or email curo group to get your money. Well last year I had a $500 ticket that scanned duplicate and the guy that deals with that stuff never made it good and I never received my money caused ticket faded after time. My wife called and texted the guy and he is a piece of work and complete *****. So the issue is that people that play there games has to put real cash in the machine to play it will NOT take a check and when you put your cash in it is instantly gone. So last week I had another $500 ticket scan duplicate and I had to deal with these people again and other people in store said they sent there money to them on cash app I was thinking well they fixed there problem no one should have to wait for there winnings after putting thousands in there machines. Needless to say he will never send me my money cash app that is just discrimination I have the text he sent to me saying they could do whatever they wanted to do as far as not paying me. Also I have called and sent emails to the corporate office and to this day no response from them. I sent them a email last Wednesday and just got my check today 9 days later. They need to learn how to treat people and think if it was there money how would they want it. I definitely want a response and the number of the guy that is poor with dealing with people is ***************** and would love to meet him. I also reached out to governor office in Virginia cause there machines dont need to be in stores if they cant pay there winnings in a timely manner and same form of payment(cash). I have lost thousands in there machines and they make a fortune to treat people like this.
