    We had an employee who no longer works here sign up for this with a company card. We have now discovered what these charges have been on the credit card and found a box of cameras that have never been opened. Upon trying to send them back ********** told us that we are under contract and refused to take back their products even though they are unopened and were never actually installed on any of our fleet. This is being treated as an implied contract because it was set up online and there are no signatures. We are looking to send the product back and get at least half of what we have paid returned to us. Employees should not be able to sign companies up for contracts like this without owner approval.
