    I paid in full $1,842.81.

    ******* *** * ********* ***** ****** ****** ********* ***** ******: (**** ******** ****: ***** ******** ****** ********************** used a filter that gave me "s***leads", per ****** words. He admitted fault and when asked for a refund, was asked to pay an additional $300 for postage only to rerun the campaign. I have asked for a refund several times and it has gone unaddressed.

    My last correspondence and demand is below:

    I lost all faith in your company. I am the client you are the Marketing Expert and entrusted you to use that expertise and the campaign was a dismal failure. My targeted list was not targeted per our discussion and received a list unbeknownst to me with 18+ companies owning more than 20+ properties, hence “s***leads” per your words due to your using a filter used un pertaining to my campaign.

    For this reason, I have lost confidence in you and your firm and do not wish to work with you nor a different marketing expert. Your communication has been awful and because you are a communications company, I can’t be successful with your subpar services. Therefore, I am looking to resolve this immediately and move on.

    Please don’t make me file a complaint with BBB and take my complaints to online forums.

    I am looking for full reimbursement/refund of $1,842.81.

    I just left you a voice mail and wanted to follow up. First, my apologies for the aggravation we’ve put you thru, it’s truly not like us. I’ve initiated a full refund in the amount of $1,842,81. You should see this in your account within 5 working days.

     

    In addition, I want to make this right. If you’d like to try us again, (I’ll assign our best coach to your account) I’ll give you a 50% discount on your next campaign. If not, I understand.

    P.S. Although involving the BBB in your request for a refund brought light to the situation, it did not influence our decision. We are a 33-year-old company, and we pride ourselves on do the right thing.
