Similar to the other complaints listed here, I was just contacted by an unprofessional and borderline fraudulent sounding "debt collector" as a result of a small bill (< $70) claimed by Diagnostic Imaging Associates, **** in regards to an MRI that I had already paid over $1,000 for to two different providers with legitimate bills and billing departments which were clearly stated and sent to my home. This call was the first time I had heard anything involving another bill from a third "provider" (St. Lukes and Center for Diagnostic Imaging were the two legitimate parties in question) regarding the same MRI and it was coming from a "debt collector" with a seemingly impossible to find online presence, aside from the rogue call.I have no bills from Diagnostic Imaging Associates and no prior contact from them or from this collection agency and I have been told that my credit is at stake. The entire ecosystem of how patients (aka customers) are billed in the health system is a total joke but this is much worse and far more unprofessional than the legitimate health providers. It is impossible to find any information regarding this "business" online or any sort of portal (not that I was given any information or pre-existing knowledge that I would be billed by this entity anyways) to pay the rogue bill.

I was just checking my credit report and this piped up as being collections for $138. I have not been there for a very long time and it just showed up on my credit report. I have not received any bills, or collection calls. Bad business practices
