      I have no issue with the sewer design work they did for me. What I do have an issue with, is their billing. My project was complete in the Fall of 2024. They continued to bill me for "hours" after the completion, and even into 2025, without my authorization, or knowledge. So a couple of months ago, I told them that I have an issue with their unauthorized work, and billing. I told them I wanted to pay off my bill with them, and wanted a final lien waiver. I did just that, and made a final payment to them, thinking my balance is ZERO. Now, they are again sending me another bill! I feel that they have tried to take advantage of me, as a consumer. I am not a contractor, or a plumber. I am a homeowner. Beware of this company. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.
