I have absolutely nothing good to say about this firm , and as so many others have concluded, this firms ads are little more than a sirens song , not unlike the tales of old mythology, and you'll likely find out , if you hire this firm , regret and an empty bank account is all you'll be left with in the end. Mine was a slow drain over many (8) months with little to no actual accomplishments to attribute to what I was being billed for , the final straw , before I fired them , was the outrageous bill i received from a few days they listed of "work" right around , coincidentally, Christmas, and that was enough! , having my retirement savings from my inherited funds from when my father passed a decade previous, basically lit on fire to satisfy this monstrous entity. At the end of the day , they are seemingly only interested in billable hours, not actually helping anyone. Sorry I can't give a lower rating to express just how disappointed I am in this firm.

-1 star, Completely corrupt and not for Fathers Rights as advertised. They will not defend you, your kids and they will violate your constitutional.rights for due process and lead you down a wrong and destructive path. I had multiple counts of fraud, dissipation, commingling, false allegations, abuse of discovery, ex parte communications and rulings with judge and opposing counsel, discovery delay, obstruction of justice, they will attempt to settle behind your back and not abide by any of your intentions and even promise to be working for you. They will not abide by any court orders, not prepare you for court, not fight for your kids, lie to you and overcharge without reasoning. They will leave your firm and go to work for opposing counsel exact office without notifying you or getting your permission. You will be violated against every constitutional right you have and the court will not give you any due process and will violate their own rules to make you pay for your rights to a fair and impartial trial. You should stay away from this company and never even consider them or you will be left bankrupt. They will not abide by the law, or their own promises as written or agreed upon. They will delay ALL aspects of your case until you cannot defend yourself without them. But they will charge for each second and many more that are not part of your case. Their complaint department will also listen to you and refer you right back to the offending lawyer for correction; how are you supposed to tell a lawyer they are wrong, or charged you wrong and they say...ok. give me a break! This is an illegal and corrupt institution that is a trap for men that need help in a very troubling time. The downfall of marriage and the continued breakdown of the family is further destroyed by the inability of such companies to the willful destruction of justice and due process and in the end our kids and future of America pay the ultimate price but this company just gets richer.

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for *********************************** in helping me obtain custody of my children. This has been a life-changing event for me, and I couldn't have achieved this without her expertise and dedication. As a father seeking custody of my children, I was aware of the unique challenges that can come with such cases. Her guidance and support throughout the legal process were invaluable. She demonstrated a deep understanding of the complexities of family law and tirelessly worked on my behalf to secure the best possible outcome for my children and me.Her attention to detail, strategic thinking, and commitment to the case were evident at every step. Her ability to navigate the legal system, provide sound advice, and advocate for my rights as a father made all the difference in the world. I also appreciate the way she communicated with me throughout the process, ensuring I understood the legal aspects and helping me make informed decisions. Her professionalism and empathy made a challenging situation much more manageable.I also want to express my gratitude not only for the positive outcome but also for the peace of mind that she provided during a difficult and emotional time in my life. Her efforts have had a profound impact on my relationship with my children and our future together, and for that, I am profoundly thankful.

I hired *********************************************** EIGHT MONTHS AGO with the goal of increasing the child support I am paid and to collect outstanding legal fees from my ex. They are great at charging me $100 every time they take 5 minutes to send someone an email or make a 2-minute phone call, but TERRIBLE at keeping me up to date; in those 8 months I maybe got about 3-4 emails from my lawyer, *********************************, before he was mysteriously and abruptly switched out to someone new, who then charged me $100 for me to get caught up on what Cordell had been failing to do in all this time!Even worse, again in all this time and after having spent at least $3,000 of my money, THEY DIDN'T EVEN SUCCEED IN CONTACTING MY EX! After taking my money for 8 months they FINALLY got around to telling me "oh, we're sorry. The person we served a month ago wasn't actually your ex."These people are absolutely NOT WORTH THEIR FEE! Based on other reviews I see here, it seems my experience is not an isolated incident. Wish I'd ready them before I hired these guys. Now I'm having to hire a PI to hopefully get the information they need so they can actually finish the job I've been paying them for all **** year.

Hired them to represent my husband, he was fighting for full custody of his children because their mother is scum. He ended up with ******************* as his attorney and I could tell right away he was no good, but my husband kept him.. after two years of fighting and him paying them well over 20k ******************* told my husband two weeks before trial he should settle and agree to 50/50 custody which is what he already had!Not one did that piece of garbage fight for what my husband wanted. The judge even told him to file for (mom) to be in contempt at least a half dozen times, but did he? No! He told my husband it would look better if they gave her sympathy, he was just a lazy piece of garbage!

You'll only get the best service when you've got a lot of money to offer. Without it, they won't spend that much time on you like how they spend on others. It sounds awful, but that's how terrible they really are. I'm speaking straight from my experience with their attorneys and secretaries.

I am the full time father of three going through a divorce. We moved to ****** from *****. ***** ruled that ****** had jurisdiction for the divorce. My ex appealed that decision and I retained this firm. They were very hard to keep in contact with and i seemed to have to suggest things to file and how to fight the appeal so that they knew what direction to take. The appeal was won however, the court didn't specify that my ex was responsible for attorney fees. My lawyer said that he would file a motion for clarification. I paid them the $5000 retainerin the beginning. They racked up an additional $12k plus in expenses in just a few months. About a month after I had last spoken to anyone about my case I saw that they still had not filed that motion like they said they would. After asking them what happened, they sent me a nasty email on how they weren't going to file anything unless I paid $2000/ month or paid my bill in full! ***? So they refused to finish the job on literally the last thing needed on this case because I had not yet paid them in full? I paid my retainer and never once had a conversation with them close to this except with my lawyer when I told him about my financial circumstances and need for them to pursue my ex for funds because I am raising the three kids on my own with a severe disability and no support from anyone.Sever ethical deficiency with this firm!

I started with a male lawyer who left the firm 4-5 months after I retained them. I then had a (or so I thought) senior litigator female lawyer who I contacted client complaints on multiple times. I thought they were for husbands/dad's from their advertising, I quickly found out that they don't listen, charged me for every little thing they could, and let my ex constantly rack up my bill while playing referee in the middle which over charged every communication on her end to be 10x the amount. One email is $35, but my referee (lawyer) allowed the ex to keep asking questions which shot it up to $140-$245 almost everytime. I get that communication is key, but she should've at least told her that's enough. My 1st 4 months were reasonable, but my next 9 months, my bank account hemorrhaged money. I had asked for a couple stipulations be added to the decree and my lawyer saw fit to not add them as I had asked numerous times for a statement to include home market value and a raise in interest be added so I could adjust the equity amount of the house when I refinanced it to give her equity. My ex got a forbearance on our married house and didn't make payments for 5-6 months. All that was due April 1, 2022, but she didn't pay till end of September 2022. Due to that I couldn't refi for 6 months and interest rates soared and the value dropped. My lawyers only reason was, what if it goes up? The writing was on the wall, inflation hit more and more in those 6 months without an I told You so!!! I wouldn't use them again. I felt like my 2nd lawyer never listened to me. I finally told my lawyer to not contact me or my ex till the decree is signed. After that, the withdrawal letter went out and they dropped fast shortly there after.
