    The new management staff are beyond rude, they are very money hungry! The amount of Marijuana smoked on this property, left our home inside stinking like high heaven, not to mention the aroma outdoors. The pool never got locked at night, people would be out by the pool partying until all ours of the night with their music. I would never recommend anyone to live here, especially after receiving the final move out paperwork. We had a lump sum for deposits which were owed back to us. We worked hard to repair any holes in the walls from pictures hung and bought touch up paint to match, because when I asked for touch up paint from the office they said no because we will be charging you for that. $200.00 for touch up paint is insane! We were charged for items that are maintenance responsibilities listed on your lease as no charge to the residents such as light bulbs to be replaced and filters. $125.00 to have someone come in and clean it!!! If you are looking for a community to call home, Villas on olive is not it. There are no amenities, the jacuzzi was always broken and never hot, the fire place never worked, the grounds were not kept, we were charged for valet that never picked up the trash, and oh don't let me forget you are required to do your own landscaping, YES!! that is correct, you are required to cut your own tree in the backyard or they will fine you $100.00. Way over priced for what you are living in and the Premises you are living on. Just before we moved out, we had a HUGE!!!! Beehive in our tree in the backyard with thousands of bees surrounding it and when I let the apartment office know about it, they said our maintenance people are off site, it will have to wait until tomorrow!!! Are you kidding me!!! That is an emergency not only for the humans living in the home, but for the pets who use the outdoors to go to the bathroom. It saddens me to have to write this review, but I feel it is necessary.
