I submitted an application with this company in the beginning of June and I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding my application status. ***** **** the gentleman who helped me initially encouraged me every single day to complete this application once I did, I hadn't heard from him in days, I reached out, he said my application was still in underwriting. That was on June 10th and I've yet to hear back from anyone since. Whether my application was denied or approved at minimum after giving my credit information. I should have been provided an update and details as to dioutcome of my application.Homestead Financial Mortgage

I am so extremely grateful our realtor ******** recommended **** and his team! They were so extremely helpful they actually care and are with you every step dont leave you in the dark! We were living in a small house our daughter never had a room of her own and they made it happen we can watch her grow and be happy for many years to come the amount of stress has gone down so much! **** was wonderful from the very beginning through the entire process to close. **** got me preapproved the night before I wanted to write an offer and all while he was on a personal trip! He was friendly, kind and patient with all of my questions. **** would return my calls immediately or if delayed with an apology and explanation. He understood that I am very visually oriented so would send me the visual and walk me through it. **** informed me when ***** *****, his team member, when he would be contacting me for information. **** made the home buying after 20 years very easy. He has become a trusted friend that I would recommend to anyone for buying a home! I would like to say that the Homestead app was not correlated with my loan process as far as what I had signed and what was completed. I called **** and ***** a couple of times to make sure they had the documents that were listed as incomplete.Homestead Financial Mortgage
