    On June 22, 2022 they wrapped my furniture and moved everything to a storage unit (10x25). They used 2 trucks and 4 people. The lead was *****************. I tipped all 4 handsomely at the end of the move. No one entered the storage unit until it was time to move on Nov 10, 2022. This time they decided to use 1 truck, 3 people, 2 trips (the lead was ****). In the middle of loading the first truck **** (he identified himself as the owner) stopped by to tell me that a curio cabinet was broken. **** told me **** would be in touch when he returned from his honeymoon. **** never contacted me despite a number of voice mails and test messages I left for him. I contacted **** and he told me they were an inexpensive mover and not responsible for damage. I paid $2,100 for the Jun 22 move and $1,800 for the Nov 22 move. They hid the damage from me and then tricked me into a 2nd move when they knew they were not going to pay for the damage and the 4 guys accepted a tip when they knew they broke something. Unbelievable. They provided no info upfront either verbally or in writing about not covering damage. The 2nd team also noted they the first team poked a hole in the front of one of my stereo speakers. The curio cabinet with the broken glass is still in my garage waiting for it to be repaired or replaced.

    I have a resolution from the company.  Between the BBB and the review I put on their website, they acted.  They hauled away the broken one and put a new one inside your home.
