    In my original Complaint, it shows the Company as Ideas 4 Promos, but I never spoke with anyone at Ideas 4 Promos, I was dealing directly with ****** at Promotional Consultants, **** I feel like they provided me with the information regarding the size of the calendars, in which she received said information from Ideas 4 Promos. I wanted to make it clear that I did not correspond with anyone from Ideas 4 Promos except when approving the proof via email. Please let me know if you have any further questions. I believe the complaint should be directed to Promotional Consultants, ****

    attached my company logo, address and phone # for her to use on the 11 X 19 calendars. On December 15, 2023, I received the proof of the calendar order to be reviewed and it indicated that the size would be Width: *****", Height Open: *****" and Height closed: *****". I sent the approved proof back to ****** which was the dimensions we were wanting. She stated that once the factory received payment, they will begin production. I got approval from my manager to pay over the phone with a credit card to speed up the order & get back before the first of the year. I received an invoice dated 12/13/23 showing payment had been received in the amount of $413.40. The calendars arrived on or about January 24, 2024, I knew when I opened the box that the size was not correct. I measured one of the calendars and the dimensions were as follows: Width: 10.5" Height Open: *****" Height Closed: 10.0". ****** offered a 25% discount to be used on my order next year. My company just wants a fair reimbursement.
