    I placed an order on May 22, 2025 for 2 items, a patch and a Condor Backpack. Both items showed "In Stock, Ready to Ship". Two days later, I get a shipping notice for the patch but, the Condor Backpack is on "back order" and expected to ship around July. This business baits customers into placing orders then, holds your payment information so they can charge your payment method whenever the item is back in stock. I've reached out twice, leaving them messages to cancel the out of stock item and haven't heard back. Judging by some of the other reviews, they won't reply to the customer and just claim ignorance. I checked their website again this evening and the item I ordered that they claim is on backorder still shows to be "In Stock and Ready to Ship". This kind of baiting customers then, forcing them to wait for whenever the item is back in stock should be illegal. Bad business practices. No integrity whatsoever.

    The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because the chart doesn't digress into the negative! I order a pair of boots so long ago I lost track! Well over a year ago I'm sure and forget trying to contact this farce! STAY AWAY! ******************!

    I ordered a pair of boots for my husband 9/11/23. The site says it would ship in a few business days. I have received nothing. No email, no call and no boots but they had no problem taking my money. I will never buy anything from them again and I urge others to take this as the sign you need not to buy from them at all.

Normally we would get a notification and let you know immediately, but something went wrong in the process. I can assure you this is not normal for us and not how we like to conduct business. I see that *** from our **************** team assisted you on 9/21 in cancelling & refunding the order, but please let me know if there is anything else we can do to assist you.
