    This business (Surgery Partners / Timberlake Surgery Center) - started sending us 'Surprise Bill' of around $7857.83 about 1 year after the surgery. They had received payments through our *************** and we paid them as per 'Explanation of Benefits' / deductible / copayments owed. After talking to *************** company that the business is not owed any more money we tried contacting them (Surgery Partners / Timberlake Surgery Center) but they continue to send us bills.Patient - *************************** (DOB Aug 1, 1979)date of Knee surgery - Dec 16, 2022 Bill sent by Surgery Partners / Timberlake Surgery Center = $35,537.39 *************** was used - total money paid by us and insurance - $27197.70

    It is great to see that Timberlake Surgery Center has responded with, 'No Dues' statement. But, in the interest of full transparency and documentation, we need a final 'no dues' or 'zero balance' statement from them for our records, before we can close the complaint and put our mind to rest.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Dear *********************, Timberlake Surgery Center,

    It is great to see that Timberlake Surgery Center has responded with, 'No Dues' statement, confirming that my account is paid in full and I do not owe anything to your hospital. But, in the interest of full transparency and documentation, we need a final 'no dues' or 'zero balance' statement/letter/invoice from you for our records, before we can close the complaint and put our mind to rest.
    Can you please issue a letter / statement to that effect, ensuring I will not be getting any further 'bills' (because of which I had raised this complaint in the first place).
