  I wish there was an option to leave zero stars, but Ive been charged a total of $1,170 that I thought was going towards the warranty for my car but I got scammed. I need help reaching a number that will help me cancel any future payments towards this company and receive back my money that I have already paid them.

  EFS Companies is the billing company for your vehicle service contract. We handle the processing of the monthly installments. We are not involved with anything related to the sale, request for refund, or cancellation of the policy.  Our records indicate that on October 18, 2023, you purchased a Powertrain Enhanced policy from ******************* a company selling policies on behalf of **************** This service contract was purchased for your 2012 ****** Impreza.
  In an attempt to assist you, EFS Companies forwarded the contents of your review to ******************* It is our understanding that you were informed of the recurring monthly installments of $129.99 to be collected by EFS Companies when you purchased your vehicle service contract.  This information can also be located in the copy of your policy, which outlines both your coverage and payment terms.  Per ******************* they have attempted to contact you by phone and email.  Unfortunately, they have been unsuccessful in connecting with you.  They are unable to leave a voicemail, indicating the mailbox is full. 
  Please contact ****************** directly at ************ for assistance and reference your contract number CAC2M55991.  They will assist with the cancellation of your coverage.  Accordingly, no further payments have been collected from you by EFS Companies LLC.

  Absolute DISASTER! They somehow are charging me $157.38 per month for last months and no one will answer the phone to explain what this is for or how to cancel whatever this is I somehow or other mysteriously have signed up for!!! SCAM!!! NO SERVICE ... BEWARE!!!!

  I was able to contact EFS financial sercices, LLC. without problem on three different occasions after a salesman for a car warranty company defrauded me. I was given a verbal promise of a Bumper to Bumper No Exclusion Automobile.warranty and put an initial good faith down payment of $99.00 to have *********************************************************************************************************************************** the mail about 10 days later and was I shocked! The policy was with ********** and I called the company immediately speaking to another saleaman who told me there was a glitch in the system but I could be rest assured the policy was bumper to bumper. I said send me and Email and he said sorry so I cancelled. I then cslled Ensurety Finance Services and she said the policy is cancelled. I asked for an email and she provided one Next she said she is not affikiated with the auto warranty bht assured me the policy was cancelled. Well I found out the $99.00 was taken off my credit card! I called the warranty company and was told I would be reimbursed as I had a free 30 day revue. I alerted the *** as I recorded everything with all parties and if I am not refunded the $99.00 I will take further action. As a Veteran and a Senior I am sorry for scammers.. They will one day reap what they sow. I had to speak Up for the young lady at EFS, LLC. She is not a sales person and she was very helpful and considerate and I thank her. As for the Auto Warranty people: You should be ashamed that you cannot make an honest living. Karma will catch up to you.
