  This is for doctor *********** Prada and their poor excuse of a manger, *** *******. I wish I could give this **** pore excuse of a human less than one star. I went with my mother for a consultation for her and I was there as a second pair of ears. Little did they know, I voice recorded the entire thing due to short term ***********, will be taking further action here. During my mothers consultation I asked multiple questions helping my mom with the ones she forget to ask. When I brought up the fact that we recently saw another doctor *** told us a POLAR opposite diagnosis. This Prada guy was able to diagnose my mom BEFORE HE EVEN TOUCHED OR LOOKED AT HER BODY! He must have X-Ray vision. When I questioned him, he became defensive. He then turned to me (not the patient) and said you see YOU carry all of your fat in your arms and thighs, you see how Im skinny? And your moms arms and thighs are skinny? Everyones bodies are different First of all, not only was this the most insulting and offensive thing he could say to someone ***s not even there to get his opinion on themselves. I was not there to be judged on my own physique, I was there to support my mother. He has ZERO right to be talking or even LOOKING at my body when I am not the patient. I would not trust this man within 100 feet us from after meeting with him. I felt objectified, insulted, angry, and this will not be the last platform you will read this on. Do NOT recommend unless you want to leave feeling bad about yourself when you werent even the patient. The manager ended up hanging up on me and threatening to call the police because I called back for a receipt for my refund. They are a joke.

  OBNOXIOUS! I am truly wowed, ***..????convoluted, unreasonable kook.Its too bad, the dR seemed very nice and understood what I was looking for, Which was the only reason Id even was willing to move forward and leave a deposit, that I was hounded for in the most absurd of manners.In trying to get another appointment to go over the procedure with the *** *** front desk was SO RUDE and SO over the top OBNOXIOUS.Im walking!!!! ***se are ELECTIVE procedures, IF the Drs are aware of the treatment from ***, than, this was GOD telling me to RUN AWAY!!!!!BYE BYE!

  *** (Manager)-****, ARROGANT, TERRIBLE ATTITUDE I have been coming to this place for about 3 years for facials. The last time I called to make an appointment I was told I had a NO-SHOW which I was totally unaware of. I asked, "are u sure"? I still managed to give them my credit card information to schedule another appointment. I went in July. Upon leaving I was asked if I would like to schedule another appointment, I said NO I will call when I'm ready. I almost feel like appointments were made without my consent so they would have a reason for me not to come back (sadly). On August 31, 2023 I received a thank you for payment email from the Spa. I called, the front desk lady transferred me to ******** left several voice messages (no call back). That following Friday I called, left a message no call back. Today, 9-5-2023 I called again, left a message, *** finally called back. She was very,very,very,very RUDE& ****!!!!!!!! She said, "You have more No shows and cancellations then appointments maybe you should take your business elsewhere!!!!!! I REALLLLY couldn't believe this girl was talking to me as she did!!!!!! Again I haven't had any No Shows and I may have rescheduled in a timely manner a few times. She said were not removing the fee. I politely informed her that I will handle this with my banking institution. I'm not so sure what her SASSY ATTITUDE WAS with me but I'll be sure to report this matter to BBB and ****** and any other platforms that I'm able to leave a review. You CANNOT talk to people any kind of way, really in a business. I hope she get better with her communication skills and I will surely take my business elsewhere. I Thank God this isn't the only place that does facials. I believe that's what *** thought. The 1 star is for **** ***-I do appreciate the service you provided.
