    We were referred to these folks for a water heater. We were told we would get 200 dollars off due to a sale for the item from the 1299 to 1099. This was a good deal in our minds. We had a scheduled appointment for nov 5th and they came out and hooked it up. However, when we spoke to the person setting it up, he said there would be no 200 dollars off, that was a rebate in **. We called the original person we spoke to after calling us back, and he claimed that the 200 dollars was not something he promised to us and that it was a 200 dollars off from 1499 to 1299, and that was entirely incorrect. The misinformation is entirely dissatisfying to us.

    I am sorry but I must correct you.   Your statement is not only misleading but entirely false.  You contracted through a third party and were given a price upfront to supply and install a 50 gallon Powervented water heater.   We gave You a total Price to supply and install with all materials of $2,064.00  That is the overall Price we quoted you up front to supply and install with two licensed installers labor given that it is a Powervented unit.  AND THAT IS EXACTLY The price we charged you.  You have a powervent water heater in your home and we informed you of the Price to supply and install a Powervent was normally $2264.00  and that the unit was one sale and you were saving $200 from what they normally charged for it at the store.  YOU agreed to the $2064.00 which is exaclty what we charged you, not a ***** more.  I encourage you to call around and get pricing on supplying and installing a 50 gallon Powervent water heater before you disparage and you will see that we gave you the best deal around.  If you purchased the water heater alone it would run you close to $1500 at the store and that does not include labor or any materials to install.  Most licensed plumbers are charging over to $2000.00 to supply and install a standard atmospheric water heater.   And the water heater that your home requires is a much more expensive unit than that.   That said no one told you that you were entitled to a rebate, just that the water heater was currently on sale.   Even so we gave you a total Price upfront which you agreed to,  and charged you that at time of installation.   You did not have to pay the agreed upon price and could have gone elsewhere but you know it would have cost you even more.

    I was recommend to Trio from a friend to have a disposal and dishwasher installed. Very friendly office gal took my info and set up an install date. Installer called morning of the install with a two hour time frame. Arrived right on time. Took care of the replacements in a timely and clean fashion. I was very impressed and pleased. Will be using trio plumbing again and again when needed. Strongly recommend this professional and affordable plumbing company.

    They delivered and installed a new dishwasher today bought from ******. Obviously contracted via ******. Also hauled away old dishwasher. Everything done quickly and prrofeshionally took less than hour.

    Was connected to Trio thru local box store when propane water heater blew.Will M. showed up timely and was very polite and respectful. His work was clean and he cleaned up behind him self. Work done was top notch. I will use Trio again for any future needs. And I will request this tech.Excellent
