      Premier ********** (PPAS) and ************** ******* in ************. If you are considering a pool installation, I strongly urge you to avoid Premier ********** (PPAS), owned by the Hampton. My experience with them has been both financially & emotionally draining, & I feel a responsibility to share my story to help others avoid similar distress.We entered into a contract with high hopes for our dream pool, but instead, it has turned into an ongoing nightmare. Despite paying a significant portion of the cost upfront, our pool had remained far from completion. Repeated attempts to contact both ************** have been met with excuses or silence. Requests for a refund on the incomplete work have been ignored, and weve been continuously dismissed with excuses ranging from illness to car trouble to hacked accounts. When pressed for answers, communication would simply cease for days.******* frequently places the blame on his subcontractors, but after speaking directly with many of them, I learned the real issueMichael hasnt paid them. Understandably, they are unwilling to continue working without compensation. Due to this mismanagement, ******* has burned bridges with several qualified subcontractors & resorted to hiring less skilled workers who do substandard work. Ive experienced this firsthand with poorly executed excavation & concrete work, leaving us with a damaged home exterior & pool decking. Sadly, my case is not unique. Ive connected with other homeowners who have suffered similar experiences with ****. If you are currently under contract with Premier **********, I recommend reconsidering before investing more time, ****************** While losing a 10% deposit may seem painful, it could be a small price to avoid the prolonged financial & emotional distress that many have endured.Ive had to hire new subcontractors to complete the work on our pool, but this has come at great personal expense.       While the Company regrets it when a customer is not 100% satisfied with our service, the report of Ms. **** is filled with untruths, overstatements and so much spin that the circumstances as she outlines them are beyond recognition. In truth, there is not a single subcontractor that was not fully paid on this project when Ms. ***** made this post, nor did she ask us what the truth of the matter was before she made it. Simply put, the Company installed other pools in Ms. **** neighborhood and around the greater metropolitan region over the same period of time that we were at Ms. ***** home, but such success was not possible in this instance because the Company met with constant resistance, denial and combative behavior. The final balance on this project remains unpaid and we expect it will be turned over to our agents.
