    On 23 October 2024 I went to the ******************* ER for chest pains. All claims were to be sent to the VA. Everyone except *** radiology did with no problem. USA radiology mgm solutions seems to be unable to properly send claims to the VA despite having been given the information by the hospital. They expect the patient to do the job they are supposed to do and get the authorization number. This has been an ongoing problem with this company. I talked to ****** about it and they stated that USA radiology had all the information and they have had this problem before.

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We take customer concerns very seriously and are committed to resolving any issues promptly and thoroughly.

    We understand that on October 23, 2024, the consumer sought care at one of our hospitals and all claims were to be directed to the VA. While most claims were processed without issue, there appears to have been a delay with the claim submitted by USA Radiology Management Solutions. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during this process.

    Upon receiving the complaint at the end of 2024, we immediately attempted to contact the Better Business Bureau to obtain further details. Once we obtained the information on January 16, 2025, we promptly coordinated with our third-party billing service to investigate and address the issue. We confirmed that the matter has been resolved, and the account for reflects a $0 balance.

    We understand the frustration caused by this situation and apologize for any stress or inconvenience it may have caused. Please know that we strive to ensure all claims are processed accurately and efficiently, and we are reviewing our processes to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
