    Complaint Follow-Up: Refund Request and Unresolved Issue with Driven Solutions and ************** (Policy #PAPA051286)Dear Better Business Bureau,I am following up on a complaint I filed approximately a month and a half ago regarding an issue with ************** (policy #PAPA051286) and Driven Solutions. After my initial contact with the BBB, I submitted evidence of the matter and was assured by the agent that I would receive a refund of approximately $143$144. I expected the refund to be credited back to my original payment method (credit card); however, I was later informed that the refund would be issued via check instead.Although I was not comfortable with receiving a check due to the risk of it being lost in the mail, I provided the correct mailing address to ensure proper delivery. It has now been over 45 weeks, and I have yet to receive the check. Despite reaching out to Driven Solutions multiple times, their response has been unsatisfactory. They promised to follow up with me, but I have not received any communication ******** this point, I am requesting that the refund be issued either via direct deposit into my bank account or credited back to my original payment method (credit card). Mailing a check without a tracking number is unreliable, and I no longer wish to proceed with that option. If I do not receive the refund within the next few days, I will be forced to escalate this matter by filing a small claims lawsuit, including damages.Driven Solutions has demonstrated unprofessional behavior throughout this process, and I would appreciate any assistance the BBB can provide in resolving this matter promptly.
