    Disappointed with ***** and Shield Xteriors. The ****** *********** was good and did a very good job - happy. The roof, however, not so much. Base layers of shingles along the edges were installed incorrectly and hang over too much. Looking from underneath they already look as though they are breaking. The gutters replaced with too much of an angle and are visibly crooked. ***** came out on 11 May 22 and agreed it needed to be fixed. We haven't heard from them since. Since ******* visit on 11 May, I have sent email on June 15th, July 22nd and August 14th all have gone unanswered.
