      I placed an order on March 20, 2023 for three t-shirts, a Gold Membership, and "A Baseball Legacy - Fans Remember the St. Louis Browns" DVD.

      The invoice number is ******* for $183.00.

      I received the t-shirts but not the DVD. I do not know if the membership includes a physical card.

      I sent an email through the website last month explaining I had not received the DVD, but I did not get a response.

      Please help resolved this issue.

      The St. Louis Browns Historical Society & Fan Club (BHS&FC) had not received any previous emails or notifications from the the disputing party until we received notice from PayPal on May 27, 2023 notifying us that "Your buyer has filed a chargeback with their card issuer for the following reason: Your buyer filed a case on this transaction for the following reason:  The buyer stated that they never received the item.  Until this case is closed, we have put a temporary hold on the transaction amount. The buyer followed up with an email on 6/01. The BBB was picked up from the BHS&FC P.O. box on 6/4.

      The buyer was contacted upon receipt of the PayPal notification by the BHS&FC to inquire about his concern through multiple emails between 5/31 and 6/2. There were no other previous emails found at multiple email addresses associated with the BHS&FC.  The buyer was also made aware that the missing items were mailed on 4/15 and the tracking numbers would be made available. The buyer agreed to look for the delivery and that we would follow up or the BHS&FC would follow up with new items if necessary.

      On 6/6, the BHS&FC received an email from PayPal that the buyer "had a reversal cancelled." Thus it appears this matter is resolved and closed with no negative impacts to the BHS&FC organization status.  Thank you.

      I am rejecting this response because: 

      On 6/2, ** ******** told me the materials were mail** out on May 15, two months after the order was placed. 

      I have receiv** the membership materials. 

      I have not receiv** the DVD as of 6/8.  

      When I receive the DVD I will tell the credit card company to pay them.

      I do not know what is going on with their email system, but they seem to lose emails.
