    I purchased property in **************** in July 2024. Freedom Title handled the transaction. When I received my deed I noticed it was incorrect. I brought it to their attention and their response was theres nothing wrong, everything is correct. In February 2025 I became aware that they were trying to get the deed corrected. I have spoken with *** Seit and **** ****** several times to get answers on how this happened. No one can give me an answer except this happens sometimes. Its been nearly 9 months since I purchased my property and I still dont have a proper deed. Its my understanding that the title company is responsible for making sure everything is correct. I need to know what happened and why.
