    Window Genie had an August promotion. I received an e-mail because I am a repeat customer. I called and we set the date for the window cleaning for August 2 from 12-2. I was quoted a price for cleaning only my outside windows of $179. When the cleaner arrived (note it was 9 am), he counted the windows and said that they could not clean all the windows (I believe he said 37) because the quote did not include 37. Keep in mind that they have been to my house three previous times, thus the quote should have been for the 37 windows. The cleaner was persistent about the cost and said "I am out of here" Later that day the sales person called, received my side of the account. He said that he would call back the next day. He did not and I have not heard anything more from the company. Again, my point, been there on three previous occasions. They should know I had 37 windows and the quote with the discount should have been honored.
