    My sons furnace quit working Fosters Heating and Cooling sent one person out and he order parts and it still was not working. So a few days later they sent the guy I requested **** out and he found so much more wrong that was wrong to begin with too but the first guy didn't look hard enough. **** got it working and ordered more parts.. This service call was quoted to me at 0 dollars... well it has been a month and I had heard nothing so I called and we got into a little argument but they were sending **** to fix it. I forgot to leave the check but offered to drive it over but they called it all off and I still have an unfinished furnace and they billed me for the 0 dollar call!

    Foster Heating & Air Conditioning installed and replaced failed blower motor 11/15/2024. Foster Heating & Air Conditioning policy is to have all repairs authorized by customer. Wires were completely burned off motor and terminal connectors. Tested operation and furnace operated correctly. Customers father was present while repair was made and commented that wires had melted before. Second technician 11/19/2024 recommended elements, limits and sequencers or system replacement. Sequencers were replaced. Sequencers had previously been replaced 3/12/2018. **** recommended system replacement. Customer called in on 12/4/2024 10 repeat phone calls cursing and threatening employees and customer was denied service. Customer threated physical altercation with owner and police were notified. Customer came to business location and denied service. Customer would not leave business property and was arrested by police. All services rendered were completed and billed prior to customer complaints. Customer has also called employees cell phones offering to void company contract and hire them to work at her property. When customer was denied service she cursed and name called them as well. Foster Heating and Cooling denies all future service as employees do not feel safe and refuse to enter property.

    Attached are the invoice for services rendered. Customer has left repeated Google reviews and were removed by Google due to her constant activity. We have screen shots of the reviews. She contacted our web service and left Facebook comments. Police have recommended not to respond to customer. There is an ongoing investigation with Police Department. All reviews and efforts to slander us have been done after her arrest. Foster Heating and Air Conditioning has been under new ownership since January 2022 and has elevated customer satisfaction to a legacy already precedented. We have over 8,000 customers, 23 employees and enter 40-60 homes daily. **** ******** has been flagged as "DO NOT SERVICE" in our system. We have been recommended to cease any contact with customer. If you see a way fit to ensure customer satisfaction, surely we would participate, but we will not engage with customer.
