    They came out to take down a tree in my neighbors yard but never told me they would turn off my power. About 9:30am my power was disconnected which is a problem when you work from home. The power company told me it was Monsters responsibility to inform me of the power disruption. I called Monster they basically blamed the customer, my neighbor. I would never recommend this tree service or use them. I think they should make sure if someones power is going to be cut that person should know it.

    I had monster tree service come to my house to trim the trees. I have 4 -70 year old pin oaks surrounding my house last summer I had a new roof and personally check their job. In November I had MTS come to trim. They left all cut limbs and small branches in a pile as we had agreed. The beginning of July I had gotten on top my roof and noticed a dent in my roof above one of the bedrooms and called them to come out and fix the roof. The man in charge of my job in November came out. If you know MTS they brought 10 guys to do the work. The foreman looked up into this tree and said it wasn’t his company that damaged my roof and besides it’s been 6 months and there isn’t a warranty anymore. No one has been on my roof or above it since I had the new roof except for the roofers. It looks like a dent from a large tree limb that got away. It would take about 10 minutes to fix 3 tiles it won’t cost me a fortune to repair the roof it’s just the principle. I will never again call on mts to do any more work for me. Shame on them.
