    I have been paying $99 a month for internet from Rocket Connect. It was withdrawn from my checking account on the first of every month for the past 24 months. The last withdrawal was April 1st, 2023 We changed internet providers on April 6th, 2023. We were told we would not get a refund for any of the remaining days we paid for after we disconnected on the 6th. I was expecting a refund of $79.20 ($99÷30 days × 24 days of non-usage). However, the person who took my call when I canceled said the owner told her anyone who canceled can't get a refund on remaining days because no internet provider gives it back either - even though we got a refund on our internet when we disconnected from ***********. We were not told this when we signed up. I would not have signed up for this service if I knew they were this crooked. I would just like my money back for the days I paid for after I disconnected service.

    We only offer a full refund within 3 days of plan payment.  Customer could have scheduled a disconnect previous to the date and cancelled autopay through the portal which they have access.  Customer also had the option to keep the service through the end of the period that they have paid.
