    We retained Batman Enterprises in August 2021 for removal of bats from our home and "bat proofing". We paid $3675.00 to include a three year warranty. After the initial service the bats returned and Batman came back out. He was very nice and cordial. However, since then the bats have returned again, and in spite of numerous texts and attempts to contact Batman we are being ghosted.

    So, after paying thousands, we are no better off than before we retained Batman. If he cannot or will not do the job, I would like a refund so we can retain someone else to take care of the issue. My concern is that if he cannot take care of the problem effectively, the warranty period will expire and we are stuck.

    This was an issue pertaining to Bat removal from the attic in our house. When the owner of Batman services was made aware of our issue. They promptly replied to me, and told me my inquiries were going to a sub contractor and not  directly to the main office. It took a few weeks to coordinate our schedules. It also, took two 2-3 visits for them to complete their work. Then, I needed to monitor the attic, to confirm that bats did not regain access some where else? So, several months past. I wasn't able to respond to the BBB inside their required time. So they closed the case.

    I am adding information to say, that there appears to be no new evidence of bats in the attic, since the completion of their latest attempts to resolve this issue. They were very quick to respond and unfortunately removal of living animals is subject to the whims of nature and Laws protecting bats as, well! But, it appears their latest attempts have been successful? There hasn't been any evidence of their return for several months, now.

    They have been very nice company to work with, from the very beginning of the process to the end. They stood by their guarantee warranty. All the way through 18-24 months to completion.  It was a long drawn out process, but, I would definitely recommend  their services to others. Along with some patience. Thanks Douglas
