    October 23 2022 a salesmanfrom the company presenting itself as ******* ******* came to our home for a demo.. During the demo with my wife and I, the salesman explained the go for it referral program, in which we would get our rainbow free if we completed the required amount of demos and sales withinthe specific time frame which they said 3 months from the date of our purchase.They also explained to us that we would have to do 1 day of training before we can do shows ourselfs wasnt told that it had to be done a certian day and time no exception even tho its 2hrs away and could literally sing up anyone we knew who'd be willing We talked and decided it would be something we could easily accomplish just having them do the shows for the people we singed up however with my past work as a independent contractor i do my due diligence and asked them again specifically about who we can sing up for shows and was told again literally anyone, then I asked for certainty that we would have 3 months to complete the shows and was told yes but if we don't complete it at the end of 3 months we would have to start making monthly payments.i asked them why they're company wasn't accredited with the BBB. She assured me they were and I informed her they were in fact not. Her boss told her they were and then after I told them I was on the BBB website now and there not,boss said it was under a different name (x2) it wasnt. Then told me they were under clean air unlimited. Iconfirmed and we agreed to buy and do the go for it program. we singed people up for shows that week no one came or called. We called they sd since the people weren't married &or homeowners they woukdnt do them we decided to do the training so we could do our own shows. Sd since we failed to do the training in 15 days from our purchase date we can't (THE 15 DAYS WAS NEVER EXPRESSED TO US) now out $4997 @ 21% interest. So pretty much they refused demos till Over 15 days then told us we were screwed. Very rude as well

    ******, & ********* Bought the Rainbow on 10/23/22 and Signed up Paperwork the same day, to start on our CCP Program , "Paperwork Enclosed" ****** set up 4 demos and rode along with ****, The lady that sold her the rainbow on three of those demos , and one with a Girl Named, *******. 2 demos on 10/29/22 and then 2 Demos. On 11/5/22. "Paperwork Enclosed"
    I have no Idea where the 15 days comes into play, all our paperwork says 45 days from the 1st demo or open house, 1st demo was 10/29/23 . Nothing is required for a 1-day training after the 1st 8 demos, ****** would have only had to come and check out Kit, Machine, and accessories Plus get a couple of Apps downloaded on her phone, Sign up some paperwork. But the Couple never came to Open House at the office, It is Held Every Monday. ****** was supposed to pick up a gift at the office with her Scratch off card, **** left her, Plus meet everyone, look at the program which we have prepared on a power point, and a Pass out, This would be where she could ask any questions, or concerns. "Paperwork Enclosed"
    A copy of all paperwork was left with the couple the night they signed up on the program.
    We have tried calling them several time, "Paperwork enclosed" on all the times we contacted
    10/31. **** our Customer Care Agent Called and got NA. And LM. "NA means no answer. LM means we left a message"

    11/3 **** called NA. Plus, LM
    11/11 Michele called and spoke to ******, at this point ****** Had set 4 demos and had been on 4 demos with our guys, "Paperwork Enclosed" ****** said she was going to get more names
    ****** had earned a Rainbow Mate & a Rain Mate. "Mattress Cleaner, Air Cleaner"
    ****** has not come to the office to pick these up these gifts, Plus ****** had a check that has been here since October for $100. We were waiting on signatures and ****** to pick up check and gifts. All checks and gifts need to be sign for.
    In closing we will be glad to Help ******, Complete her program, The last we heard from her was she was getting some more names and Demos set. Plus, I would like to know WHO WAS RUDE ?
    Rude to Who ? No one has talked to ********* that I know of. ********* I am not sure what you are checking on, Look at the Paperwork, No where in Any paperwork is 15 days, Ya'll would have had 45 days from 10/29.  You had only used 7 of the 45 days.   "As the paperwork states that was signed by ****** and left with Ya'll " You already had 4 of the 8 demos completed. Halfway complete. ****** was doing AWESOME. On 2 days 4 demos ran. 10/29 and 11/5. Not sure why Ya'll never came to the office, or never got back with us.

    We purchased a vacuum on a Saturday.
    Verbally they told me 15 days we had to return the vacuum for any reason but in the paperwork it states 3 days which I was only made aware of after I called to return the vacuum one day after using it.

    Me and my wife used it for 2 days and we were not happy with it.
    The following Monday she left a message for someone to return our call we waited for a day or two.
    They told us we only had three days to try the product
    Now the finance company is calling me demanding their payment for the product I was not happy with.

     **** Bought a *******, From our representative **** ****** who has work for us for 12 years.   Our Office works with the Manufacture of the product.  As a Company we sell 12-15,000 ******** a month in the US. And about 8,000 internationally. 20% or our Customer pay Cash, Check, or Credit Card and for the 80% who wishes to use a Finance company to do  financing we use a company call ***.  They Finance all across the US and Canada, and several other countries internationally.  *** is who **** Financed thru.  According to Federal Law, All consumers have 3 Business Day to “resend” return the product, **** contract like all financed contracts are electronically signed through the finance company “doc you sign”. All contracts are then emailed to the customer on the customer email address. . They signed and submit back to the finance company. Then the finance company makes a phone call to the customer on their phone # supplied to the finance company on the Finance Application where they applied for financing. At that point  the finance company makes a recorded call with the customer and verifies with the customer that they have the product it’s in their possession the terms of the contract, the length of the contract, the amount of down payment if any, the payment amount, the date of the 1st payment etc. *** goes over the entire contract with the customer and that the customer personally sign the contract and that is verify, Credit was applied for using driver license address social worker security number work info and so on. So in this verification, they ask the customer also do they have the product, it’s in good working order plus covers the three day recession plus they make sure the customer was not promised anything that was not on the contract. The customer was emailed a copy of all the contract that they signed.    I called the Finance company *** and check to see if they have the recording and all documents related to the transaction. “ *** HAS CONTRACT AND RECORDING.  As it was a document. DocUsign, Our Company Does not have that info as it has all the customer info.  **** has been contacted by the finance company, and they have explained all the above info to ****.We will come and get the ******* if **** will Make it available
