I brought my vehicle here for radiator repair. After a couple days of driving after this, the vehicle was still running hot. I had a new thermostat installed. Was still running hot. I took the vehicle back to them and now they are saying it may not be the radiator. So I spent money on a procedure that was unnecessary. The vehicle is in worse shape now than when I brought it in.

Per attached, *** came in 12/12/2022 to have a radiator installed.  *** returned in April 2023 to have a hose put on due to leaking antifreeze.  He was belligerent and irate so **** installed the hose at no charge.  He returned again in May 2023 regarding his air conditioning.  Our tech told him what needed to be done and he behaved in the same manner as before but added "if I wasn't wearing this ankle bracelet, I'd shoot this place up"!  He was instructed at that time not to return, ever again.  Unfortunately, he did return in August 2023 and apologized for his behavior.  The only reason for his apology was he needed the radiator warrantied due to a crack.  He gave us his radiator and took the new radiator to be installed elsewhere.  He returned again, March 1, 2024 demanding that we look at his vehicle because he was leaking antifreeze.  We had a waiting room full of customers and once again he became belligerent and irate.  By the time I called the police, he was already gone and they instructed me to call them if he returned.  He's NO LONGER welcome at our business for any reason whatsoever!!!  Per the police, he's known as a "trouble maker" and they told me to NEVER do any future business with him.

I took my car here 2 weeks ago to get my front wheel bearing fixed.  I was quoted a price of 500 dollars.  I  took the car back a week later because of other issues I incurred after I picked up the car from them in the amount of 4100 dollars. This repair shop cracked my oil pan, which they had no reason  to go anywhere near my oil pan in the first place, but they agreed they broke it and took the car back to fix it . So after they put the new oil pan in when I got the car back there was smoking and screaming, the horn now does not work, there is steel grinding sounds in my wheel and my transmission will not shift. Also there a broken clock spring and a broken tension pulley.  My car has been damaged because of them and the repairs cost 4100 dollars.  I have lost 2 of my massage clients at 400 dollars a week  because of the damage they have done to my car.  Their incompetence in fixing my 500 dollar request has resulted in loss of income, family issues, and mental anguish.

When **** ******* brought his vehicle for repair, he asked to have a left front wheel bearing replaced.  When our technician test drove the vehicle, it was unsafe to drive due other issues. The $500 quote was to replace the wheel bearing that he did not need. The front differential was the repair that was needed for the noise that his vehicle making. He was given a quote to replace the front differential plus other related items that his vehicle needed.  In order to replace the front differential you have to remove the following items: both front axles, the axle disconnect which take time.  When he removed these items, there were other broken parts along the way.  Our technician notified **** about these things and he approved some of the items to be replaced.  The front differential came in and work began on his vehicle.  While our technician had his vehicle on the lift, his power steering rack started leaking everywhere. He notified **** and **** said that he wanted everything repaired that was discussed.  That's also when **** told our technician that his oil pan was leaking and wanted the gasket changed.  **** agreed on the price and work continued.  Once the oil pan was removed, inside the pick up tube there was part of a sensor which does not belong there. Our technician cleaned it all up and installed the front differential and all other related items that **** agreed upon. There was not a set date for the vehicle to be completed due to all of the major obstacles that our technician was running into with Jeff's car.  When the car was completed, the vehicle then would not start due to his starter needing replaced. Our technician spoke with **** and he approved the installation of the starter.  At the end of the day, **** demanded and approved all repairs to his vehicle. We take pride in our reputation as honest and fair.

First thing you spelled my name WRONG

    **** *******

When I picked up my vehicle the first time It smoked badly going down the road.I returned it to the shop the next monday morning and the mechanic confess that he must have dropped the oil pan and chipped it. When I picked my car up after that repair my airbag and horn does not work because the technician broke the clock spring. The new shop I had to take it to said "wow they ****  up your car!" After spending $4,100 at A to Z auto I had to take my vehicle to another shop and spent $1,600 to fix what they messed up and get it road worthy. If BBB can't fix this problem then I will have to take it to small  clams court.

**** approved all necessary repairs to his vehicle therefore A to Z Auto Repair will not be refunding any money.  He had the opportunity to discuss his concerns, but he chose to "cuss out" myself and my technician.  I wasn't even able to respond due to him screaming, cussing, then hanging up the phone.  I'm more than happy to discuss in person his concerns and try to resolve this matter.

I took my car to this shop. They fixed the right wheel assembly. The estimate was for $1800. The car wasn't worth more than $2500. We agreed to do it. I picked up the car and I wanted to buy a tire. Then they told me they missed something and it would be another $2000.

We informed the owner that because the car would not roll at the time it was brought in, that there may be other damages that would be unseen until the car could roll.  Once it was repaired we learned that there was a steering rack problem:  a crack.  This is what caused the additional charge.   I told her that she could get a salvage part and I would put it on at no charge.
