My car ***** CRV 2015 was having problems to start, lights came on dashboard on 5/13/2024, it wouldn't accelerate and I had to take it to the closest car service shop to me: Custom Complete Automotive. On a next day they told me there is a bulletin from ***** with cars same model having issues of a bad crankshaft sensor and wiring harness. The bill estimate was above $2000, I couldn't pay that so I approved only repair of crankshaft sensor, paid $130 for diagnostic, &130 for labor, $219 for parts. After that I decided to ask ***** Corporate for financial assistance. I was told, for them to assist me, I have to take it to Columbia ***** Dealership for multi point inspection. I followed the necessary steps. Turned out the problem was totally different.Means Custom Complete misdiagnosed me and installed parts that weren't bad. If I don't receive full refund, I will file a case against them with Consumer Protection and court of small claims

***************** was informed about our findings on her car and approved the repairs. When she picked up her car her repairs were gone over with her once again and also noted on her receipt. This was pulled from her receipt.  P0339 - Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Intermittent
Customer was advised that per ***** TSB #**-011, that both Crankshaft Position Sensor and Complete Engine Wiring Harness should be replaced together. Customer declined to replace harness and decided to only replace crankshaft position sensor. Customer was advised that this may not resolve their complaint.

**************** the early part of November 2023 I took my **** Cadillac CTS to Custom Complete Automotive because the windshield defogger was not working properly. The service manager told me the problem was possibly the blend door actuator and it would take a day or two to repair it. That same morning, I also brought my mother's vehicle to their shop to repair the window regulator. Before closing time, I was told that both vehicles had been repaired, so I paid the bill and with help from my family, we drove both vehicles home. Two months later, when the weather had gotten colder, I noticed that the window defogger was still not working, so I took my vehicle back to Custom Complete Auto and was told that the part that was installed did not work and they would have to send off for another one. After approximately nine working days the shop returned my vehicle with a major oil leak, an AC service light on, and an inoperable radio. The defogger worked but the temperature setting could not be adjusted. There were also pieces missing from the dashboard. Although my vehicle was ********************************************************************************************************************** better, not worse. I felt that if the job was going to be too complicated the mechanic should have turned it down or after returning my vehicle in less condition some of my money should have been returned. I will never do business with them again and I suggest that if anyone has any type of electrical work to be done to take their vehicle to the dealership or to a shop where the people are aren't afraid to turn down a job that *** be too complicated for their expertise.

On 7-Nov-23 Customer arrived for a replacement actuator for the defroster in his **** CTS. Work was performed on the car, and an operations test confirmed that it worked correctly. Customer picked up his car.On 15-Jan-24 customer returned to the shop claiming the actuator never worked and was searching for a resolution. After investigating, we discovered that the Actuator was not working properly and to resolve the issue, we agreed to Warrant the part at no cost to the customer. After 9 days waiting for the replacement, we finally started work on the Replacement. In the process of removing the dash, the vent grill was too badly degraded to maintain its shape/condition. This was explained to the customer at the time he was called for completion of work, and was given the choice to have the shop replace the grill, or he could obtain one on his own at a lesser cost. The customer expressed that he did not want to put any more money into the car and he might just buy a dash mat to cover it anyway. An oil change was performed on the customer's car at the same time, but no ********* leak was noted by the mechanic at the time of service. The ** system was not disturbed in the performance of the repairs. The Radio was removed by a quick disconnect plug and then reattached in the process of the repairs. An operations test of the defroster was performed and it operated correctly.Any issues the customer may have experienced post repairs were not related to the shop nor given the opportunity to correct.

You had me at walk-ins or appointments welcomed on your sign. I stopped by asking if I could simply get my *** battery tested that week. After being lied to and turned away elsewhere this mom who was 6.5 hrs away from home with her child was on the brink of bursting into tears. ****, the Service Manager, said he could fit me in that afternoon or any time the next day. I excitedly said I would be back the next morning. **** was amazing from start to finish. It only took a few minutes for his guys to find that in fact my battery was starting to fail. Im fully aware of how outrageous *** parts can be but at that point I didnt care. My only concern was getting home safely. But **** cared. He made sure to see what all my options were and recommended a battery with a good lifespan and warranty. That says a lot about their customer service and overall company. There were several of us from out of state that day and I could tell none of us were under the impression they were trying to take advantage of us at our most vulnerable. If it had not been for your sign and ***** willingness to help when others wouldnt I would have been stressed the rest of our trip and most certainly the whole way home.

Thank you for such kind words. We do appreciate customers that we are able to take care of and that are happy about the service they received.  **** and his crew do work diligently to give every customer honest information about what is wrong and what it will take to correct it with their vehicle.  It is nice to see another satisfied customer that took the time to leave us a wonderful message

This is a Ho Ho No No!! Christmas not off to a very merry start! Long story cuz I'm ****** and out $500+! Begin Rant: Just as the polar vortex came in yesterday morning, I discovered the heater wasn't blowing warm air to defrost or heat GMC. It was a

dangerous, crazy-scary trip in the freezing snow and made it to Custom Complete Automotive on Grindstone where reportedly ran diagnostics and then replaced thermostat. I pick it up and yep still blows cold AF air! I drive back and am like WTF you said you got engine temp up and heater reaching 77-80 degrees??. No way is it still blowing nothing but cold air! They get in and feel the air confirms, yep it's still cold but your engine is getting warm. It was so upsetting and the rude condescending

ass way he spoke to me wasn't working. Trying to wrap the word "ma'am" in sugar but his tone was clearly bothered with with why I was not at all satisfied and just accept the job as done He wanna start talking in circles and scenarios that were not making sense to me and got irritated when I asked questions. "You gonna let me finish, or are you just gonna keep interrupting me?" is what he said. To which I stood tight-lipped, jaws clenched staring directly at him, tuned-in, silent and said

nothing. When he finished his spiel "now is there anything else I can do for you?" I replied "clearly not" turned and left in my cold *** car $500+ lighter. I Got her towed someplace highly recommended and while the mechanics are still working to solve the issue, the professionalism and honesty is already appreciated. They not just gonna "fix" something and take my money and don't have shit fixed! I at least feeling like when I do get her back, she'll be all better. Funny thing when I called back to CCA today requesting a copy of the diagnostics, I was told first it probably couldn't be located, that "****" left right afterwards and was on vacation (I never asked for or said I needed to talk to him and specifically said it was a different guy who'd read the diagnostics in front of me) and once it was found, I was told I couldn't get a copy of it but instead "Robin" could and did read it to me over the phone with much attitude. I know better now! When a business shows you who they are, believe it. And no longer give them you money. Thanks for opening my eyes about Custom Complete Automotive From this experience and with the multitude of stories of costly "unrepairs" and dissatisfaction everyone else has told me, guarantee "I will NEVER go there again and will NEVER recommend them to anyone for anything.
