    Requested a car detailing appointment via PLSM website on 4/5/25 around 7pm. The appointment date requested was for 4/11/25 at 9am.I received an email stating your appointment is awaiting review we are reviewing your appointment request please look for a follow up message soon.I did not receive any follow up or confirmation email. I assumed I did not have the appointment due to no confirmation or correspondence. Per guidelines of PLSM booking email.4/7/25 at 7:58am I texted PLSM to cancel my appointment request. This was Monday morning business hours.**** responded asking if I would like to reschedule. I did not wish to reschedule. **** requested the full price of service. Stating it was there cancelation policy.When booking, PLSM website states may be a cancellation fee if cancelled less than a week. Not full price of service. Also the appointment request was never confirmed by PLSM.I did not even have an appointment to cancel. All I had was an appointment request awaiting approval.**** requested I pay the full price of service for an appointment that had never been confirmed and was still awaiting approval. I attempted to explain I would be more than willing to pay a cancellation fee as a courtesy however not the full $400 appointment cost. PLSM then charge my card $200. Im requesting a full refund and review of PLSM business practices. I feel **** attempted to bend their policy to take advantage of the situation for profit.

    I gave her a refund already. She scheduled an unnecessary appointment, violated my policy so I refunded her out of the kindness of my heart.
