      Club Car Wash, is pushing new reduced rates/prices for *************************************************************************************************** QR code which most seniors don't have or understand. I had one 90 day contract and as it was due to expire, i was offered another contract at a different rate, but was told by the clerk in the drive through that she would cancel, contract ********instead that never happened and Club Car Wash billed me for both contracts and would not refund my money. Approximately $48.00 dollars billed on 2 different dates,,,, 6/22/25 & and again on 6/26/25. **************** is a joke and you will get absolutely nothing there. Spoke with *******, Kenzie and was told that ****** was the supervisor and she didn't accept phone calls or returned phone calls.

      They been double charging me and won't refund my money. They entered my phone number wrong. Corporate said nobody else but ***** takes phone calls. Had to cancel both of my credit cards. They wouldn't stop charging.

      West car wash ever. They popped my wifes tire and refused to replace it I hope people see this and never go there. Their customer service was just awful put the claim on my wife for nothing she had done.

      Cancelling membership with this company has been impossible. And still as of today. 5-8-2025. They are still taking money. And will not refund money after they say it has been cancelled. And be aware, You pay a monthly membership for a wash. But don't receive the wash you paid for. Company is a Big Scam .

      Do not use Club Car Wash! I visited the ************, IL location for the first time on February 24, 2025. Club carwash refuses to pay for my front hood bulge that was clearly ripped off and found laying in the wash tunnel. They are stating prior damage, because of a slight gap prior to wash. It completely sheered off the metal anchor bracket points where it was bolted on to my hood. They are liable and will find any excuse not to pay for the damage!

As we discussed on the phone, the piece was not fully attached prior to entering the wash. Coming through the car wash with pre-existing damage, makes it susceptible to further damage from the pressures within the wash.

      --DO NOT WASH YOUR ***** COLORADO OR GMC CANYON HERE--First, I want to say, the onsite manager was great and fully understood the issue and filled out the accident report expeditiously. Second, I understand this is a known issue with my specific vehicle make, model, and year. There has been a service bulletin issued by ** for this car wash roof dent issue. The problem is with corporate. After damaging my truck, I immediately, (within 20-min) returned and filled out an accident report. A few days later, I contacted corporate to inquire about the claim. They informed me that they were not going to do anything about the dent as there was a TSB about it. OK, fair enough, but how about a refund or at least a partial refund for the monthly subscription rate of $32.84 that I spent for one $10 wash? That would seem fair and equitable.She forwarded me to the customer service staff where I was told that a supervisor will have to approve that, and she is not here. You will have to call back. So, after 3-calls and many excuses, and 16 days, I am still dealing with this. What happened to doing the right thing instead of hiding behind a shady policy of no refunds. This clearly shows the managements intentions towards their customers. I have been a monthly member of Charlies Car Wash in *********** for years without any issues. Their people are top notch, and their car wash cleans better than Club. I was changing memberships out of convenience. Something closer to home.

      I loved this company when they were small. They have gotten too large and care little for their service. They scratched my car and did not own up to their responsibility. Support any competitors. They should not be allowed to have such a corner in the market.

      I purchased a membership online and received my email to show to the attendant to get my sticker and wash my car. I arrived at the ******** location and he told me my membership wasn't in the system yet but I could buy a single wash. The email said nothing about needing to wait, only to show it to the attendant. I want a refund, only the customer service says they don't have a refund policy.

      I purchased a new car and signed up for *************. After a wash during my first month, I noticed a line of paint had been scraped off the edge of the rear bumper with an area of multiple scrapes/scratches below the bumper on my SUV. I notified the attendant and he came and took multiple pictures of the damage and submitted my complaint to the company. I requested to cancel my membership that day, but he said that was not necessary as this does happen, but they can just back the brushes off when I enter the wash to prevent further damage. He said the company would be in touch about my damage claim soon. I received a call about my complaint a week later. After discussion with the representative, she denied my claim as she stated that their brushes were foam and could not cause my damage. I explained this was a new car, and I was certain the damage happened in their car wash. I asked to speak to her supervisor, and was transferred to that persons voicemail. I left a message, but received no call back. I called repeatedly for a few days, and finally connected with the manager. I explained this SUV has a slightly pointed shape in the rear, and I felt that is what led to the damage. I asked what evidence she had to deny my claim and she stated that my claim was denied since their brushes would not damage just the bumper but would damage all sides of the car. I asked to speak to her supervisor, but she said this was my last option for dispute resolution of this matter with Club Car Wash. I requested to view the videos from my visits to the wash and she said the videos are not released outside the company. I requested a refund of my money and immediate cancellation of my subscription. **************** said there would be no refund and their policy was to not cancel for 7 days after verbal notice, so I would also be billed for a 2nd month. I advised I would be filing a complaint with the ************************ in ******. I will not be returning.
