This company brought in an electrician, ***********************, to do some work in my home which he was paid for but he is now asking me for more money and harassing me and threatening me but I never signed a contract with ***********************. He has now sent me to collections and it has affected my credit score when I never contracted with this man. I would like this account removed from my credit report.

She authorized the work and he did it and then she refused to pay it.

She is very inconsiderate and would not allow me to speak.  We sent her a text requesting communication and received a text message back from her saying no further communication is necessary.  It is impossible to communicate with her.  We will not tolerate verbal abuse on the phone.  We have put a lien on her home and have had certified mail returned to us.  ***********************, Electrician.

I am sorry for the trouble but May I file a Lean on the following enclosed in an effort to seek for someone to at least talk about this bill and services and clear up any false claims agents the integrity of our company,  I understand that court should be the last resort especially for moneys under $1000.00 and a simple lean would probably break some ice for some Godly & Kind Communication (at least on our part) of some sorts with this owner & Contractor.

Please Note that Brockman Carpentrys Contract with ******************* deems for a higher Labor rate for our services charged and due to a phone recording of ******************* stating I never hired you and that she considers CER a Sub Contractor of Brockman Carpentry then payments for CER should be made to Brockman Carpentry. CERServices is no longer at liberty to work for ******************* without an apology from her and prefers any payments to be made out to Brockman Carpentry.
