    I ordered a ******* sweatshirt and was worn once and washed and there is knots of threads coming out and they said its not covered under warranty cause it was worn and washed and I didn't have the tag that is attached to it. This was a Christmas gift. For a ***** sweatshirt it should last more than 1 wash. They gave me a 20 00 gift card

    Thank you for the message and we truly regret to learn that you are experiencing an issue. Unfortunately snags/rips/tears that occur after washing/wearing are not covered under any type of warranty, as they can happen when being used.

    The purchase price of the sweatshirt in question was $41.24 and as a courtesy, we have increased the gift card from $20, to the full value of the sweatshirt plus tax for a total of $42.48 on the Gift Card WQWHJ254 .
