    I'm relatively new to Paytient. I found the service very useful and for the most part easy to use (except for several denials early on that eventually got resolved).However, I'm quickly changing my mind.I'm a person with diabetes and financial hardship. So when Paytient offered me this card I took it because it would really benefit me when I'm unable to afford my medications.On June 1st I had a payment due of $17. I was unable to make it on time due to my hardship. Before I was even a week past due Paytient LOCKED my account.I am in need of several prescription refills and Paytient is blocking me from getting them over a $17 payment.I'm not at all disputing that I owe the $17 and I have every intention of paying it and the remainder of my ********** issue is with the companies extremely unethical policy of locking someones account over something so *****.Paytient needs to understand the impact this can have on a member!Paytient charges are not some frivolous purchase. These purchases are for needed medications and/or services.I might understand if I was $100's of dollars or months past due.But to deny someone there needed meds over $17 that's not even a week past due is quite egregious and unethical.I chatted with support about my issue and advised I now have to go a month with no medication and I would strongly consider closing my Paytient account due to this poor service. His response was "I'll pass your concern on to the team".

    Had a $5000 line of interest free credit with Paw Protect and Paytient decided to cut it off with less than a months notice after having it over a year and a half. Never used it much as it was a safety net with the paw protect insurance for my dog but when I did it was always paid on time and paid off. Definitely dont recommend and this places my animals and me in a very unpleasant difficult situation now.
