    I was a vendor at Itchys Flea Market and experienced the following issues:1. Bug infestation due to live plants being sold in large quantities in the store. No apology or explanation was offered by the owner/manager.2. Theft from my booth of several items in the amount of $85 due to lack of security, under staffing on weekends, and owner negligence.3. Per my booth rental agreement, I notified the owner more than 30 days in advance (11/25/24) that I was vacating my space on 12/31/24 via *****************, I removed all of my items from said space and cleaned the space (12/22/24) and the owner kept my profits and charged me rent for the rental space for January of 2025. Theft rental agreement for booth space at Itchys is paid in advance for the month ahead. When I moved into the space last July, I paid $70.00 in advance for July rent. I have had no communication from the owner of Itchys acknowledging anything.

    The owner of Itchys Flea Market received my letter that I was vacating that I mailed to the business address back in November of 2024, as an employee told me she showed it to him. Checks were distributed to Vendors of Itchys on February 5, 2025 and I did not receive the $71.00 that I am owed. I called and checked at the front desk (where vendors are required to pick up checks) and there was not a check for me. I have called Itchys twice since filing this complaint to ask for the owners contact information and the employees will not give me his phone number, email, or mailing address. If he is unreachable at the store, and doesnt read his mail addressed to the stores address, cannot be reached by phone or email, how can he be held accountable?
