      Purchased appliances in June with an end of July delivery date. When asked in August when it would be in . We were told 2 of the items were sitting in a warehouse. The 3rd item wasnt delivered until November and then put off the finishing work until December.Will never buy from them again.

      I would never buy from this store again. I ordered a bedroom set that was over $3,000. I was told it would be delivered in a month and that they would call me before it was delivered so that I could pay the delivery fee and schedule a time. That did not happen I had to call the store to find out that my furniture was at the store to be picked up. When I scheduled the delivery it was going to be another month out. I went ahead and scheduled it and I was told they would call me before the delivery day to give me a "window" of when the furniture would be delivered. They never called me so at 5:30 p.m. the night before it was to be delivered I called them. I was told that it was in their computer to be delivered but did not make it onto their manifest. They told me they would call me first thing the next morning to let me know when the furniture would be delivered that afternoon. The next morning I got a call from the delivery driver that he was at my house with my furniture. I was at work and no one was there to let them into the house. Very unsatisfied with the customer service of this business.

      Bought a $3500 frig. Added on a bottom ice maker. When delivered, ice maker was not installed. I was told after the fact that they dont service their own products. I was not informed of any of this when I purchased. Be careful and ask questions.
