    -A1 charged for future trash pickup. They charged me $69 from my checking account on April 4. The company was sold to WasteManagement on April 1. The $69 they took was for trash pick up from April 1-June 30. -A1 did not notify anyone of the sale to WM until it was posted on Facebook on the afternoon of April 3. No email or letter was sent out. What if people did not have Facebook? -WM sent an email on 4/3/23 asking to set up an online account, but I deleted it because I thought it was spam since I did not have an account with them. -WM sent a letter to me that I received 4/5/23 explaining they had purchased A1. -If WasteManagement is not going to honor the money paid to A1, then I would assume A1 will be refunding everyone who has pre-paid (some paid for a years worth of service also).

    Yes A1 disposal was bought out by Waste Management.  All payments for future (pre paid) trash service has been forwarded to waste management.  Nothing is unaccounted for and if you or any customer would like to cancel services they may do so and refunds would be issued for future paid services.  Trash service continued as normal which is why charges were made as usual but pick up times were affected as our drivers went through new daily procedures.  Most likely youll have the same driver and continue to receive the same great service.

    A1 drafted the automatic payments for services from April 1 to June 30th. They sold the company to ** management effective April1st. I contacted ** to make sure my payment would roll over and they state it won't be rolled over. ** will be billing me a separate invoice for services rendered during the same period. I have tried to contact A1 but all their numbers and invoices are now being routed to **. ** states they have no way of contacting A1. The complaint is for money charged for services not rendered.

    All prepaid services have all been credited to ** for services.  All accounts should reflect all payments made to A1 Disposal llc.  If there are any issues feel free to reach out to us on email as ** has the phones.  We can help make sure all payments are credited incase there are any glitches in info that was transferred.  All of ***** ********** is not aware of our accounts so make sure you reach out to our phone number as there more aware of whats going on.  I have sent an email to my contacts at ** to make sure your account is correct and reflects your prepayment.
