    Last summer my ac went out. I called them to service it. they fixed it and put a new condenser. They filled it with freon. They said they patched a line. they charged me ****** Three days ago my air went out. I had another AC company come out and they told me that the first company had the wiring in wrong causing it to overheat. I have to pay again to have my service restored to my AC. I tried to call them and told them what happened. They denied their errors.

    Notes from the service call performed in September of 2022: (all repairs made in 2022 were not longer under warranty)

    Checked system. Found bad capacitor--replaced. The condenser motor wires had rubbed against the refrigerant line which caused a short and arched a hole in the copper refrigerant line. No refrigerant in the system. Brazed the hole and repaired the wiring. Vacuumed system. Added 5lb. refrigerant. Cycled system. Working well.

    In June of 2024 we sent a service tech out after the homeowner had one of our former employees look at the system, we were not notified of the failure until after this former employee had serviced it. The previous work and repair that was completed by our service tech on an old HVAC system provided the homeowner over 20 months of air conditioning. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for equipment we did not install or sell to this homeowner for the life of the system, things break and fail that are mechanical.
