    I bought a brand new smoker from Grilla grills and it has a major problem where the grill cant turn off. I have called them and offered to walk through a reset or do anything and they just keep saying they are looking into it. Its coming up on a month with a brand new defective grill and no support from them. Im fine with a new smoker or whatever leads to a fix.

    Complaint Description:I purchased a Grilla pellet smoker with a 4-year warranty, and since then, I have experienced recurring ignitor failuresa total of 3 to 4 replacements within a relatively short period of ownership. I followed all of the companys instructions for troubleshooting and replacement, including their surprising recommendation to plug and use the grill into a non-GFCI outlet.That suggestion is not only contrary to the ***************** Code (NEC)which requires GFCI protection for all outdoor outletsbut also potentially dangerous. Its deeply concerning that a manufacturer would advise customers to bypass a critical safety measure in order to avoid ignitor ********** addition to the ongoing hardware issues, my most recent attempt to use the grill failed because the ignitor s**** rusted and fused in place, making it impossible to remove or replace the ignitor again. I contacted Grilla Support and was told to use brute force and even a drill, none of which worked. Since then, Ive sent three follow-up emails in the past monthMarch 17, March 22, and March 28and have received no response whatsoever.This product has been effectively non-functional for extended periods, and Ive done everything a reasonable consumer should do to resolve the issue within the warranty terms. The lack of response and the unsafe guidance provided are unacceptable.?Resolution Requested:I am requesting a replacement Grilla smoker unit, not another ignitor part. This product is not holding up under normal use, and support has been unresponsive despite a valid warranty.
