      They were using a weed eater alongside my truck that was parked and picked up some rocks, busted the side glass and chipped the windshield of my truck. I tried to get it resolved with them and they gave me the runaround. They told me to get a bid and send it to them but they haven&#**;t done anything. Now their insurance company is not going to pay for the repairs. They threatened to call the law on us. I would like for them to repair my windshield and side glass.

      We are willing to repair the damage caused by our mowing crew to the side window of the truck but we have spoke with several witnesses that state that this individuals windshield was already damaged and was not our liability. The commercial building has cameras and I have consulted with them and the employees. The truck was parked and facing the opposite direction of our crew operating lawn mowing equipment. All eye witness agree that the damage was limited to the side window. There is no possible way we are responsible for the windshield. We broke one window with a weed eater and we will not be taken advantage of to repair the previously damaged windshield.
