    Paid ****** to have some trailers moved. A&S didn't get to it in time. After over 6 months of waiting the school tore them down. Didnt get any refund from *** *****.

    On Tuesday, May 28, 2024. A&S Transport delivered a mobile home to our park which we payed them $6,500.00 to do. The delivery crew caused multiple large ruts in the median and broke the concrete sidewalk on the mobile home lot they were setting the home on. The driver acknowledged they should have come in above where they chose to and could have avoid these damages. Their driver took photos of the damages and we took photos, he said he would report it to his boss to take care off. After we did not hear from ************** that week I contacted him the following week, he was aware of the damages. I asked for his insurance companies information so I could file a claim. He stated that his son would come fix the ruts and the concrete. Nothing occurred. I sent him the name of a local landscaper that *** be able to fix it, nothing happened. When I have texted him each week sometimes multiple times, he has said they are completing another job and will do it, his son has vehicle trouble or no response.

    We acknowledge our company caused the damage. We made every effort to correct and repair the damage as soon as possible. The weather played a huge part as has rained a great deal. However, the old and crumbling concrete was removed and sidewalk re-poured. The ruts in grass area were filled in, seeded and strawed. Upon completion, we spoke to husband who expressed approval and thanks.
