    Blue Note owns ***************. When we arrived at *************** on August 23, 2022, to see the Wild ******* show, I had a very small purse. I have a very serious respitory condition and anxiety that requires medication that I have to have in case of an emergency. I have a registered disability and I was told that I could not bring my bag inside and I tried to explain that I have to have it because of a medical condition and they would not let me enter with it. I thought that we had parked close enough that if I needed to get to the medication I could get to it. The venue was very crowded and I was assaulted twice by the same gentleman who was ****** drunk of faking it. He touched me inappropriatley and I pushed him with my elbow and told him not to touch me again. We ended up leaving as soon as the set started. I told the staff when we left that I was assaulted and that there was someone inside doing this and they just said okay. I asked if they were going to do anything and they said no. It was not a safe environment. I have sent numerous emails and phone calls to *************** and Blue Note and nobody has responded. I have been asking for a refund of my tickets since we did not stay for the show but this business won&#**;t return my calls and/or emails.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

     

    ************************* with The Blue Note in ********, ******** confirmed via email that he would refund my tickets; I messaged him, as well as Etix, with my home address so that they could mail a check for a full refund for the Wilderado tickets. This email correspondence occurred on 10/3/22 and 10/4/22.
