    I ordered an item that was not delivered to the right address.. I tried to contact them several times but I received no response . I included the item and the shipping and delivery information.

    Customer already received order. This was an egregious use of the complaint system. This customer inquired about an in-transit order ONCE at 5:45 PM after close of business on Friday, August 30th and filed a complaint less than 24 hours later. The customer did not try to contact us "several times" between their first inquiry Fri, Aug 30 at 5:44?PM, and their filing a complaint the very next day. Our hours of operation are clearly stated in our contact page. 

    We have attached all inquiries from this customer to this response for proof. 

    When back in normal business hours, we responded promptly and professionally, and assured ****************** that his order WAS, in fact, shipped to the correct place, and even provided the shipping manifest. We have provided to the BBB that email copy & manifest. 

    ****************** continued to complain about not receiving the package that was mailed via ***** until we shipped a SECOND product, only after which did he very quickly acknowledge that he already received the first one.

    Customer's product was shipped promptly like everyone else's, customer was notified automatically, and the **** delivered package within the promised delivery window. We responded swiftly to every one of their numerous emails during business days we were open. In fact, we went ABOVE AND BEYOND for this customer by sending a second product when we could prove the first had already shipped correctly, and he still complains. 

    We did nothing wrong. None of this was necessary at all.

    I purchased a shirt from the company on November 27th 2023. The item was returned via the companies instructions and a confirmation of the tracking showed it delivered on January 2nd 2024. I have still not received a refund. I have emailed and called the company on multiple occasions. I was told that a refund would be issued, however it never was. I am asking for a total refund of $43.85

    This is the first we are hearing of this issue. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. We communicated with this customer Jan 5th on where to send returns.  This location did not receive a return with this tracking on Jan 2nd, or ever. This return must have been mis-delivered, as tracking does indeed seem to indicate delivery. We have had a successful & happy & successful system for checking in exchanges & refunds for fifteen years, and it has worked well for many dozens of customers this year.

    Regardless, as an act of goodwill, we have processed this refund for this customer, and the receipt is attached. 

    As per the terms of our return agreement, customer is entitled to the complete refund of this product, $32.95 for RINGBBGLASS RNatural 2XL. Also as per the terms customer agreed to on checkout, customer is not entitled to a refund of $10.90 that was paid the United ********************* for the **** Priority shipping that this customer selected.     I live in ********* and receive emails from Bluescentric and have successfully ordered from this business before.On 2nd July 2023 I placed and order and $214.88 was deducted from my Master Card.I have contacted them through the web page and sent an email on 14th November 2023. I have received no reply hence this complaint.My order number is : ****** My customer number is: *************** in ********* makes it difficult to contact them due to time differences.I would be very grateful for resolution of this matter, probably a refund given that the order has not been fullfilled.With many thanks *************************

    I am extremely disappointed with the whole process, will not order any goods from *** again.
