Totally pleased with this company. I had 7 windows and 2 exterior doors replaced this fall. Communication was terrific - I received emails at every step of the process with prompt replies by **** **** who was in charge of my project if I had any questions. The crew was prompt, professional, and skilled. The windows look great and I can tell a difference in how warm the rooms are compared to the old windows. The doors look great, too, and there's no draft anymore. I recommend CoMo Exteriors for window and door replacement.

COMO Premium Exteriors just finished installing siding, 6 windows, a sliding glass door, gutters, fascia and all. Every single member of the installation teams were highly skilled, very friendly and hard-working professionals. Mr. **** **** oversaw the whole process. My wife and I cannot praise his work highly enough! He is an extremely competent, personable and thorough leader who patiently explained the entire process so that we could understand all elements of the procedures. He definitely goes the extra mile in every way to ensure that the work being done is done correctly and to the complete satisfaction of the customer. His friendly and personable manner went a long way to engage our trust and ***** any concerns that lay people have when having such a large undertaking about which we/they know very little. Ive put a lot of thought into how to convey the complete lack of communication, competence, workmanship and integrity this company has and determined its not possible. So here are some details of my year and a half experience. Eventually I had to fire them for empty promises, poor workmanship, damaged property, lack of follow through and simply completing the job. They denied any improper issues even though a licensed Home Inspector and 2 other roofing companies reported as such. One of these was even recommended by *** the shingle manufacturer. They went so far as to say by firing them I breached the contract and didnt allow them to finish. So after installing a new roof, gutters, metal wrap and facia, Como Ext had to come back months later with 2 crews for 2 days ( 17 hours ) to repair the new roof and gutters, all while denying any deficiencies. This was after a 3rd party inspector was supposed to be hired by Como. Instead their GM **** **** and PM ******* ****** came out and did a 25 min cursory look at the issues we had factual reports on. The same issues their sales rep **** ******** had already taken photos of and supposedly reported to their warranty system. Most issues were denied. They even accused me for the issues! I can not stress enough the lack of ethics this company has. They will blame, deny and refute any issues, just look at other reviews. Its their standard play. Rather than doing the honest and right thing of fixing their mistakes they would rather refute any claims and spend that money taking customers to court. Insurance companies warn customers to avoid contractors who are storm chasers. This company is no better, in fact they are worse, they pride themselves in being right here in ********. This is the type of work they do while claiming that serving ****************** with exceptional home improvements is their top priority? I cant stress enough to avoid COMO Exteriors.CoMo Premium Exteriors

****, we're very sorry you feel this way.. ********** is perfect, and we freely admit that there were a few small areas that needed corrected, which we did come and repair. In fact, we replaced many things that were fine, but because you believed there was a problem we went ahead and corrected it. You also failed to mention that you contacted GAF and they were unwilling to come out and look at your roof because they didn't believe there were issues either. In addition, we never threatened you, in fact it was just the reverse. You basically didn't want to pay and you found every possible reason to do so. We don't take issue when people leave us a bad review, as long as it is fair. We do make mistakes, we are only human, but when we do we are honest and willing to correct it. Which, is exactly what we did for you. I am sorry we did not meet your expectations but our company went above and beyond to make you happy.Review fromMark F

I had a roof leak that was ruining my living room ceiling with brown spots. ***** showed up promptly. He went right to work, found my problem and repaired it in no time. The kicker? He did it for FREE! Cant say enuf about this company! When was the last time ANYBODY did anything for free? We need more people like this in the world. Hired company to do siding, windows, gutters and sliding doors. During work they cut carpet when installing sliding doors. Tried to say carpet installers installed carpet under door and previous installation of sliding doors were installed over carpet so they had to cut it. I informed them that the sliding doors were installed 11 years prior to the carpet. They then admitted they cut carpet too short. I agreed to work with them to allow them to install trim pieces to hold carpet down along bottom edge of door. When installing trim pieces, they damaged carpet by breaking drill bit and snagging carpet. That day COMO agreed to replace carpet in downstairs of home, in writing. When time came for final payment, COMO then said they would not pay for carpet and wanted to give me a $540 credit. Keep in mind they agreed to pay for carpet in writing. When speaking to COMO to resolve they just stated they thought it was too much to replace. I asked based on what as I had an estimate from a reputable carpet supplier and installer. They did not have a credible answer. I paid final bill minus the cost of the new carpet they agreed to pay for. A couple months later I get a letter from a lawyer in an attempt to intimidate me, in my opinion. I spoke with their lawyer and explained they had agreed to pay for carpet. Heard nothing else. I then receive a certified letter that COMO was suing me in small claims court. Went to court and obviously the judge ruled in my favor.As a note, there were two additional individuals being sued by COMO they day I went to court.Here is a ****** learned to share with anyone thinking of doing business with this company. They do not stick to what they agree to as evidenced by them taking me to small claims court after agreeing to rectify what they had damaged, in writing. I would not trust anything they tell you. Also if you do choose to do business with this company, demand they give all communications in writing.CoMo Premium Exteriors

We did work for this homeowner on his second home. While installing the door he thought the carpet was cut back too short in the basement and, although not in the scope of work, we installed some trin to cover that small gap. While doing so the drill caught a single thread of carpet and created a small run. Our project manager agreed to replace the carpet in that room but was unclear in the email he send. This customer then took that to mean he was entitled to over $5K of new carpet in his complete downstairs. Because our project manager was not clear in his email, the judge sided with this customer. All reasonable people understand this request for all new carpet over a single run is not reasonable.Review fromMichael B

The outside of our house looks like a brand new home now. We're even getting compliments from people passing by. **** from the company was assigned to us and oversaw the project as they removed the outdated chimney, installed new siding and gutters, and other details. We are amazed at how beautiful our home looks now. CoMo Premium Exteriors was highly recommended by a trusted insurance agent, and now we highly recommend them ourselves.CoMo Premium Exteriors

Sure wish the previous owner of this house would have read the reviews on this company before he plunked down $20k for a poorly installed roof on the house I bought. Its great that the warranty transferred but if the company is unwilling to honor the warranty what good is it?? Its was leaking within 6 months of being put on. Ive had Heartland Homes and ********* both tell me what a sloppy job was done with pictures to prove it. Save yourself the headache and pass on doing business with these folks.CoMo Premium Exteriors

****, not knowing the location or the entire situation is hard for us to respond with any great detail. However we do have requirements for transferring warranties between homeowners. We do honor our warranties however, like all companies, we require that warranties are transferred properly. Fighting insurance companies to replace damaged parts of my home from a hail storm can be a nightmare. Como Exteriors made the process easy because they dealt with the insurance company and took the pressure completely off! Highly recommend.CoMo Premium Exteriors

I was told that they would have ******* on within 3 months it took them 6months. I was told I was lier about him taking the chimney top and that I called the workers and I was being rude to them. He tells you this and tells you that and he does not fulfill what he tells you.CoMo Premium Exteriors

We believe that every employee in our company has worked very hard to provide ******************** with excellent service. We performed the replacement of his roof as quickly as we were able given available labor and materials,of which both were in short supply from the massive hail storm. ******************* has been rude to our employees and has made claims that are unfounded. We have done our best to service him, however we will be doing no further work for him moving forward.Review fromJason H

1 starI don't often leave feedback for companies I'm dissatisfied with because I know my comments and suggestions are the only thing that can really help them improve. It's for the same reason I'm going to purposefully omit those details in this review. I do not recommend this company and will not contract them again.
