      I ordered work boots on August 8, 2024 and still have not received them. Sent emails and they told me they were on back order and said they would be shipped on the 9/27 and I still have not received them. Its been 2 months how long am I expected to wait for them? Do not buy boots from this company get them from someone else its not worth the headaches with this company

      Ordered a "D ring extension" $60, Paid $50 to expedite the order I needed it fore work. They called me and said I was "flagged" in there system, answered every question and was reassured my order would be delivered as expected... Nope they billed me but sent nothing, SO I bought it somewhere else and will never do business with them. If you need something get it somewhere else!

      I received a bill fro9m these people for an unnamed product. I never heard of this company. I am 90 years old and do not climb towers. I intend to get my money back one way or another.
