    I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from Parkside Skateshop regarding my recent order. On Feb 16th, I placed an order for a skateboard with the understanding that it would be shipped out the next day. However, several days passed with no update on the tracking information other than the status "shipping label created" and ***** picked up item."After waiting patiently for a couple more days without any progress, I reached out to the shop to inquire about the status of my order. To my dismay, I was informed that the package was actually still in the shop, contradicting the information provided to me initially.In an attempt to seek clarification, I contacted **** on the same day, only to discover that according to their system, the package had not progressed beyond the status of "shipping label created." Despite this setback, I gave Parkside Skateshop the benefit of the doubt and allowed another week to pass in hopes of receiving a resolution.Unfortunately, after two weeks had elapsed, I reached out to the shop once again, only to be met with the excuse that ***** lost the package" and that such occurrences are to be expected. This explanation left me feeling deeply frustrated and dissatisfied with the level of professionalism and accountability demonstrated by Parkside Skateshop.As a consumer who has previously ordered items from international sources without issue, it is incomprehensible to me how a skateboard, merely a few states away, could encounter such insurmountable obstacles in reaching its destination.In conclusion, my experience with Parkside Skateshop has been nothing short of disappointing and has left me questioning the integrity of the establishment. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering shopping at Parkside Skateshop and to explore alternative options.

    Super sorry about your experience. I totally understand your frustration and it is justified. Unfortunately **** lost the package and screwed us both on this one. All we could really do is issue you a refund. I did mail you a grip of stickers just cuz though. Thanks for trying to support local skateshops.
