    On 9/22/23 I paid $249.99 to get my windows tinted. They did fine on the tint put got the inside of my car very caked in black stuff from the inside of a car. It’s confusing cause they should not be in the car to tint it and there should not be black stuff if u using soap and water to tint. I told them about this and they said they would clean it for free today 9/23/23. They cleaned one section of the problem. My whole front two seats is dirty very black and I have photos. When I picked it up and was still unsatisfied they said no one was possibly in the car. Once I got home I was still not satisfied so I called the manager I had just talked to and explained my complaint and all he kept saying is no one was in there but they clearly was whether they was supposed to be or not. Unfortunately I don’t got pictures of my car before, but I went and deep vacuumed it on 9/21/23 for 30 minutes so I know what my car looked like before dropping it off. I took my OxiClean car cleaner from Walmart and easily got the black stuff off the feet pads but it won’t come out the carpet and I told him that and how easy it was to clean the foot pads, he won’t do anything to help. I want a partial refund cause ima have to pay to get my car detailed now and if they was offering I would not take my car back to them to clean it.
